Welcome to online giving
Online giving is one more way for us to present our “first fruits” offerings to God in a rational and voluntary manner. Scripture encourages giving from a cheerful heart and not under the compulsion of another or the impulsive tendency of our sinful nature. Offering to God the ‘firstfruits” of our wealth is an act of adoration in response for His grace to us in Jesus Christ and as a testimony of our certain trust that God provides for all our needs.
Online giving instructions:

- Go to Online Giving.
- Click on the “Register” tab
- Fill in the required fields and any additional information you would like to enter
- When you have entered your information, click the “Register” button at the bottom of the page to continue
- Proceed to the Online Giving Tab, then click the start button
- You will be automatically signed in at this point
- Select either your checking , savings, or credit card account option
- Select the frequency you would like to make your contribution. If you would like to choose a specific date you must select “monthly” and it will allow you to select a date. If you would like to set up multiple dates in a given month, you must set up a contribution for each date.
- Select the fund you wish to contribute to, if you chose “Special Fund” please use the memo section to identify which special fund you are giving to and how much you are contributing.
- Also include in the memo section your offering envelope number, if you have one.
- Click “next” and it will take you to a confirmation screen, once you have confirmed the contribution is correct, click next again.
- Enter your bank routing and account number.
- Confirm you have entered the correct bank information. At this point you can right click to print a receipt. Otherwise, once you click “submit” you will no longer be able to print the confirmation page.
- Click “submit”. You will receive an email that your contribution has been received.
- Important: Click “log-off” to securely exit
- Please write your password down for future online giving.
What are the ways I can give my offering online?
All three ways are recorded immediately to your contribution record and applied to the fund you’ve indicated.
- Speaking to your bank to set up an auto debit from your checking or savings account deposited to the church’s account. This is the most efficient and cost-effective method. Salem account information available by calling accounting at 281.205.1462.
- Go to Online Giving and set up a direct draft from your checking account (processing in 24-72 hours) and there are no fees attached to the transaction, making the full amount of your gift available to support ministry.
- Credit or debit card transactions normally take 24-72 hours before the church receives your gift and the church is charged a handling fee (2-3%) for each transaction. You may use MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
