DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP:

Salem Lutheran Church, a dynamic 2400+ member Christian community, is seeking a high-capacity, enthusiastic leader who passionately follows Jesus Christ as our Director of Worship. As we seek to fulfill our mission, this person will have primary responsibility for developing, directing, and overseeing our worship services. This leader must recruit and equip volunteers, and professional worship and tech teams, to stay ahead of the growth of the church and school. Evidence of strong organizational skills and the ability to team effectively with other staff members is essential.Because of the nature of this ministry, flexibility in scheduling is required. Administrative Assistant & Database Manager

The Administrative Assistant and Database Manager serves a vital role in the areas of managing, training, and utilizing Salem’s database for ministry effectiveness. This person also assists the pastoral staff in Salem’s care ministry and the Spiritual Formation Team with administrative support, including preparing reports, handling information requests, and clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Community Center Receptionist

The Community Center Receptionist is a part-time position, Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. This position is vital in a guest's first impression of Salem. You will receive guests at the front desk with a friendly greeting and offer a welcoming environment and be able to give accurate and helpful information about Salem, Salem Lutheran School, our facilities, events and staff. VOLUNTEER SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR:

This is a volunteer position and would require approximately 6-8 hours a week. The social media specialist will focus on day-to-day content creation and posting regular content. They design and schedule content across all Salem's social media platforms, they write social copy, draft replies to messages and comments, stay on top of key trends in social media and publish and promote content, usually by scheduling it in advance with the help of a content calendar. Ideal candidates for positions on our church team will be sold-out for our mission and have proven experience in leadership, creative thinking, problem-solving and people development. They are likely known by others to be capable, organized, detail-oriented, relational, self-motivated and high-capacity.For our school we look for the most highly qualified and capable Christian educators we can find.  In our preschool, our team consists of people for love children, love Jesus, and have a big heart for showing Jesus’ love to our littlest ones!
